Private One-on-one or Group sessions
We will customize and select a location and invitations for you or your group (2-3 hr session).
Open Group Sessions
Guided invitations and slow wanders through the forest during a 2-3 hour session, culminating in a tea ceremony (generally limited to 10 participants).
Corporate Wellness Sessions
Day-long retreat for your team that incorporates both and outdoor forest therapy session and an indoor process art session.
Weekend Retreats
We will travel to and provide a 2+hr customized session to offer to your participants as part of your multi-day retreat.
Private Sessions
Private sessions are available either for individuals or for small groups. A perfect activity for some needed down-time, an intentional celebration of a life milestone, or creative retreat.
The forest therapy experience is a slow, gentle wander where your Guide invites you and your participants to reconnect with nature, with yourself, and with each other through a number of sensory invitations.
Between each invitation we will take short breaks where participants will have an option to share what they are noticing. At the end of our walk, we will have some time to enjoy tea and snacks, and talk a bit more about our experiences.
To prepare for your event, we will work with you to plan a session and space where you or your group will have the opportunity to re-engage and rediscover connections with themselves, with each other, and with the natural world that will surround them. We take accessibility considerations into account when working with you to select a location and when designing the components for your group’s particular experience.
These 2-3 hour private sessions can be customized to your location. We’ll provide ground pads, and you’ll need to dress for the weather.
Open Group Sessions
A Forest Therapy guided walk is a slow, gentle wander through nature, where you will be invited to engage your senses to reconnect with yourself and the world around you. Between each invitation we will take short breaks to share what we are noticing (only if you want to share). At the end of our walk, we will have some time to enjoy some tea and snacks, and talk a bit more about our experiences. This is a 2-3 hour session. Dress for the weather. Ground pads provided.
Corporate Wellness Sessions
Our HEARTH corporate wellness retreat is a day-long offering, incorporating both forest therapy and process art into the day. We often offer space in a picturesque log cabin in the woods, fully equipped with tables, kitchen, bathrooms, and fireplace, surrounded by beautiful forest and meadow. We can also customize the day retreat to your location. This is an opportunity for your team to experience wellness in a cozy, calm, and peaceful setting, both indoors and outdoors.
Weekend Retreats
A Forest Therapy guided session may be a perfect addition to your weekend retreat! Similar to our private session offering, we will work with you to plan a session, length (typically 1.5-2hrs), and space where your retreat participants will have the opportunity to re-engage and rediscover connections with themselves, with each other, and with the natural world that surrounds them. Often, the forest therapy session is offered as an optional activity during the retreat weekend and can be easily integrated into the theme of your retreat. Ground pads provided.
