Imagine a workplace where employees feel more connected, creative, and resilient.

Forest Therapy offers a science-backed way to reduce stress, boost immune function, and foster deeper collaboration—making it the perfect addition to your next corporate wellness retreat.

Rooted in the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku (or forest bathing), Forest Therapy originated in the 1980s when Japan’s government noticed a rise in stress-related illnesses among office workers. Research revealed that trees and plants emit natural compounds that enhance our immune system, lower cortisol levels, and improve overall well-being. In response, Japan integrated time in nature into corporate wellness policies—and the results were profound.

But Forest Therapy goes beyond simply spending time outdoors. It’s a guided experience that deepens your team’s connection with nature, themselves, and each other. By engaging in intentional, sensory-based activities, employees cultivate mindfulness, reduce burnout, and enhance teamwork in a way that traditional wellness programs can’t match.

Invest in your team’s health and productivity. Bring the proven benefits of Forest Therapy to your company retreat and watch as your employees return refreshed, focused, and ready to thrive.
